1. Purpose of Registration

By registering with Accoplacers, you acknowledge that the purpose of registration is to receive updates about new job opportunities and to be considered for interviews arranged by Accoplacers with potential employers.

Accoplacers acts solely as a placement assistance and interview coordination service provider, not as a direct employer or recruiter guaranteeing employment.

2. No Job Guarantee

Registration with Accoplacers does not guarantee a job offer, employment, or interview selection.

The final decision regarding shortlisting, interviewing, and hiring rests entirely with the respective employers.

The candidate is solely responsible for qualifying in interviews and securing job offers.

3. Registration Fees

A non-refundable registration fee is required to complete the registration process.

The collected fee is used for:

• Providing job opportunity notifications
• Arranging or coordinating interviews with potential employers
• Covering administrative and communication costs

No refund will be issued under any circumstances, including:

• Non-selection for interviews or jobs
• Candidate withdrawal or disinterest
• Employer decision changes or delays

4. Success-Based Service Charge

Accoplacers provides job interview coordination and placement assistance services to help candidates connect with genuine employers.

Upon receiving a confirmed job offer letter through Accoplacers’ assistance, the candidate agrees to pay a success-based service charge equivalent to up to 30–40% of their first month’s gross salary.

This payment is made only after the candidate receives the official offer letter from the employer and confirms their acceptance of the position.

The service charge is a contribution towards the effort, time, and resources used for:

• Identifying suitable job openings
• Coordinating interviews with verified employers
• Providing continuous communication and support throughout the selection process

Accoplacers does not collect any placement fee in advance, and the service charge applies only after successful placement.

Candidates will receive a proper receipt for every payment made to ensure full transparency.

5. Candidate Responsibilities

Each candidate agrees to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• Prepare for and attend interviews as scheduled.
• Take full responsibility for their performance and follow-up communication with employers.

Accoplacers is not responsible for interview results, employer decisions, or communication delays.

6. Communication

All communication regarding interview schedules or job opportunities will be sent via email, phone, or WhatsApp using the contact information provided during registration.

Candidates are responsible for keeping their contact information updated.

7. Data Privacy

By registering, the candidate consents to Accoplacers using their personal details solely for job notifications and interview coordination, in compliance with data protection laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Accoplacers, its representatives, and associates shall not be held liable for:

• Any employer’s hiring or rejection decision
• Delayed responses, cancellations, or changes in interview schedules
• Any loss, financial or otherwise, arising from participation in the placement process

9. Acceptance of Terms

By registering with Accoplacers, the candidate confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions. The candidate also confirms awareness that:

• The registration fee is non-refundable.
• No job or interview guarantee is provided by Accoplacers.
• A success-based service charge (up to 40% of first-month salary) is payable only after receiving an official offer letter.
